At around 12.20pm on the afternoon of Monday 15 February, an 25-year-old woman, was assaulted by two woman and a man, near to a bus stop on Gleadless Road near to the Newfield Green shops.
She was left with bruising to her face and injuries to her body.
The victim’s dog was also reportedly punched in the incident.
Enquiries are ongoing, but officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened that afternoon or witnessed the attack.
