Darren Spence

Midlands-born and bred Darren has now spent more of his life up north than in the south, working at dozens of radio stations before landing at RB1 Radio.

His boys in red are Liverpool but he is totally behind The Millers as well and hopes to walk down New York Way one day to see them.

Plant-powered presenter Darren is also a qualified PT and made a promise to be fitter by the end of 2021 than at the start of it. Right now, he is missing swimming, Parkrun and the gym. Home workouts with Joe Wicks it is then!
